Did you know Yoshimasa Takakura, a kimono shop owner in Fukuoka, launched a project to produce kimonos that represent countries around the world? Artisans in Japan were encouraged to create these designs which he hopes will be used at the opening of the Tokyo Olympics by the placard bearers.
